I'm a firm believer in storytelling as humanity's universal language and in trust as its most precious currency. My passion for both has led me to work in various forms of content creation. But, it won't stop there. I'm always researching and developing my skills further in order to speak people's language better and help brands gain more of their special currency.

3Sixty Dental Website

Working with 3Sixty (August 2022 - August 2024), a digital dentistry solutions provider based in Atlanta, GA, a single sales order could reach up to $20K. With such a high-ticket procedure at stake, doctors needed a compelling reason to choose 3Sixty’s solutions over competitors. The key to that was content, content, content.

And it all started with enriching the user journey on the website—whether through info-packed landing pages, blog posts, or gated content like eBooks.

My role was not just to maintain a steady supply of content aligned with business objectives but also to freshen up high-performing pieces to extend their lifetime value.

Much of my work focused on 3Sixty Academy, the company’s educational arm dedicated to teaching doctors how to use its solutions through in-person and online programs.

Take the landing page below for one of our most popular recurring courses, the All-on-X Extravaganza Live-Surgery program:

For visiting doctors, it’s a textbook, well-structured page filled with all the information, media, and testimonials needed to make a confident decision about joining the program.

For me, creating a page of that caliber meant executing this entire workflow:

* Designing the page on WordPress.

* Writing every word of copy and having it technically reviewed by our dental educators.

* Briefing the photography and videography teams from the previous round on the needed shots to showcase the experience to its fullest on this page.

* Writing a script for course instructors inviting doctors to the next round.

* Preparing questions for previous participants to answer and provide engaging video testimonials.

* Reviewing all the provided footage and pinpointing the strongest shots, sound bites, etc.

* Creating the videos on the landing page from A to Z using video editing software.

* Creating the lead generation form and syncing it up with our email follow-up workflow.

As I built more of these pages for different programs, I naturally became the go-to person for 3Sixty Academy’s media. I always had a clear overview of what material we had and how it could be leveraged in new ways and content.

This 2023 recap is a great example—fully created by me, from initial idea to final edit:

Here’s another one of my favorite videos:

Not only was it a point where my editing skills were at their sharpest, but it also had immense repurposing value (I’m a huge advocate for content repurposing). Its strong performance on the website led me to integrate it into emails, social ads, and even free webinars, allowing viewers to see exactly what their next step in the educational journey could look like.
